At Foodlab, situated in the heart of Le Laboratoire, star-studded chef Thierry Marx, the French star of molecular culinary skills, has spread out his saucepans to plunge into the spheres of improbable gastronomic experimentation… For the occasion of MyParis, le Laboratoire and Food Lab are exceptionally opening their doors to festival-goers to cast an eye over the premises during privileged access with tasting at Food Lab, normally only open to club members (24 euros tasting on 26th June as part of MyParis, 136 euros including membership and 4 tastings on other dates, outside of MyParis).

Also at Le Laboratoire, the exhibition “While I sleep”, by the Indian artist Shilpa Gupta, a series of works originally from a project led in collaboration with a neuropsychologist about fear and its origins, lodged mainly in our subconscious.
Created by the French-American researcher and writer David Edwards, the Laboratoire first opened last year in the 1st “arrondissement” (administrative dictrict) of Paris. Both an art gallery and a venue destined for creation, the Laboratoire strives to make artists and scientists meet around innovative projects.
